I remember a problem with a satellite on orbit once that the sw group was unable to resolve a communication problem in 1553 bus. The sat was not talking on a instrument and they worked for months trying. Hence their boss called me, the problem fixer. Naturally his sw group was upset and convinced if they couldn't do it no one could. After they explained what it was suppose to do, and what it was doing, and then all they tried. I said i can figure it out. The team laughed and said how long will i take. I said send me a schematic and ill tell you whats wrong in a day. They bet me 10 cups of coffee. I was able to show them what was not done right in hardware in 3 hrs. From there they realized a sw command they thought did something was not doing it at all. So listen young fella as a firmer nasa technical director and root cause expert once the best in the country out entire did would call for any problem. Ill tell you a fact. When sw cant find the issue , it generally means something in hardware is not as they thought when the system architecture was implemented to meet the design intention that was the foundation of the sw operating toolset. I recall a sw programmer writing code who couldn't get a 32 bit scaler signal processing routine to working. He worked for days trying to isolate the lines of code not producing proper results . He installed puts everywhere to see the progression of results and identify where data was going wrong. I walked up to this young man said let me see your diagnostics. I took one look and said young man you are chasing a broken workstation. This workstation is not production the proper result for a float command. Try another workstation. As rare as it was, that was it. Moral to story is when sw cant find it, it is usually because hw is not doing what you think . Have a nice day
I used one of the hidden menus to reload the firmware on my Voice Remote Pro
Problem solved!!
I am having the same issue with MHz Choice, to which I subscribe, it didn't do that at the start of my subscription. It's driving me crazy

Yes when I try to navigate to a certain episode, it's jumping past where I want it to stop and click on a particular show or clip.

I had the same problem. Restarting seems to have fixed the problem. 🤞🏻

I am having the same issue that everybody else has been complaining about. I press a key - could be left right up down or okay, and it does that action three or four times. Super frustrating for trying to navigate any menu.
I have tried all the fixes mentioned above - unplugging and waiting and then plugging back in, but it only resolves the issue for maybe 10 minutes. I have tried restarting Roku and again it only temporarily solves the problem for a matter of minutes.

Obviously your roku is updating after you unplug power. . The time stamp shows it. Go into settings and turn off automatic updates and then back out to home screen. Then try unplugging again. Incidentally , you should not be using home button to get back yo home page. Use back button to return to home. Part of the problem is using home button a lot. Each time you do it saves the page you left in background and eventually you get too many pages stored in memory.
