Remote "Home" Button stopped working
Mine suddenly did the same thing! On and off button works and volume button works, but home button…zilch. I tried unplugging and rebooting the Roku device. Didn’t help. So, pressed the power button on the remote (which also shuts off my tv). I then pressed THE HOME BUTTON, (not the power button) and the tv came back on, and ALL the buttons work again! WTH?

Re: Remote "Home" Button stopped working
If your Roku has a "Settings > System > Power > Auto power savings > After 20 minutes of no interaction" setting, try disabling it.

Re: Remote "Home" Button stopped working
Hello it recently happened again! I have an older Samsung TV (~15 yrs old), I had to reset the Samsung software and it started working again. I bet Roku doesn't perform regression testing with so many older versions of TV's. So it's now working again!

I'm in the same situation. How did you reset your Samsung?

Re: Remote "Home" Button stopped working
@Jennifer15, try unplugging the power to the TV for several seconds. Simply turning a TV off and on doesn't really do anything.
