The right arrow button on my Roku voice remote does not work.  I purchased the streaming stick on March 8, 2025 and it worked fine until yesterday.  Now the screen just flickers when I press the right arrow, but nothing else.

I have tried replacing the batteries, restarting the device, and repairing the remote, all of which did nothing to resolve the problem.  The Roku app on my phone works fine, which indicates I need a new remote.

Please advise how to obtain a replacement remote control?

Sorry, I see that I have a message , but am not able to open it.  I did get help from Roku customer service via a chat line (Sahithi Sai), who agreed to send a replacement remote.

Hello,

I am having trouble with my recently purchased Roku voice remote control.  When I try to use the right button, nothing happens.  When I try to turn volume up, the tv turns off.  I have tried unplugging device, changing batteries on remote, did a network connection reset, re-paired remote, and have not had any luck.  Anyone have any ideas?  I am pretty disappointed that I am having issues so soon after purchase.
