Remote only changes TV volume a little at a time. I have tried all troubleshooting steps and no change. Eventually paired a different Roku remote and that works. I guess the old remote died. How do I get a replacement remote?

Restart your Roku Remote

• Reset your remote: Press and hold the Back and Home/Pairing button simultaneously for about 20 seconds.

Re-pair your Roku remote

• Set the Roku device in pairing mode, unplug it from the power outlet for 15 seconds, and plug it in again.
• Initiate pairing by pressing and holding the Back and Home/pairing button for 5 seconds.
