The presets vary depending on what contracts Roku has in place at the time. No, you can't request specific presets to be programmed.
Netflix is a given, it's always there. The new Voice Remote Pro that I just received also has Apple TV+, Paramount+ and HBO MAX (which is just called MAX now).
