All of my Roku devices stopped working last night

I have three Rokus streaming sticks. About 7 months old. Last night they all stopped working. Main Roku screen came up but none of them responded to my remotes. I changed batteries in all three remotes. Still didn’t work. I did the factory reset in each of them (multiple times each). When Roku turns on it first goes to screen to pair the remotes. It is not recognizing any of my remotes. So I have three tvs perpetually stuck on the pair remote screen and three remotes with fresh batteries none of which do anything. And yes my internet is working fine so this is not a wifi issue. All three just quit at the same time

Re: All of my Roku devices stopped working last night

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, @Mmartens!

We appreciate for letting us know about this. We are more than happy to assist you with it. Before we proceed, could you please tell us which Roku device you have? Also, could you please share with us the type of Roku remote you have? Is there a pairing button at the back of the remote?

We also recommend following our troubleshooting steps to assist you in resolving these remote issues:

  1. Restart Your Streaming Device:
    - Begin by unplugging the power cord from your streaming device.
    - Please wait at least 5 seconds.
    - Then, reconnect the power cord.
  2. Put Your Voice Remote into Pairing Mode:
Once the Home screen appears, you can put your voice remote into pairing mode and complete the pairing process.
-If your voice remote has a pairing button, it can typically be found on the back of the remote or under the battery cover. Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until the status light begins to flash.
-If your Roku voice remote doesn't have a pairing button, simply Press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 5 seconds, or until the status light starts to flash.

Note: For the best results, please point the remote at the device you want to pair.

In addition, if you have already tried to pair your remote and streaming device again, visit the article with detailed instructions on how to fix issues with your Roku voice remote.

We hope these steps help you resolve the issue. If the problem continues, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Thanks,
Jharra
