Will the voice remote with TV controls that comes with Roku Express 4k+ and Streaming Stick 4k work on an old 1997 Toshiba CF27650 model TV?

Roku manufactures its own remotes, which work well (are compatible) with Roku devices only and can be paired via RF. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you utilize your Roku remote only on Roku devices.
