Headphones only working on one side

Same situation.  No solution.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you're currently experiencing about the Headphones mode (private listening). We'd like to help.

Firstly, can you please confirm if this is happening on your physical Roku remote or through the Roku mobile app? Also, which specific Roku player this remote is currently paired to? Is this happening on a specific channel?

Make sure the latest version of the Roku mobile app is installed and try different earbuds or headphones on both your physical remote and the app to see if this makes any difference.
