Same. The private messaged me and asked for information, now nothing.
I got my new Remote in the mail today. Thank you!
However, it charged up to 100% but my tv keeps flashing that its only 7% and needs to be charged. It pops up every 5 seconds.

We recommend resetting the remote to see if that helps with the issue you are experiencing. The pairing button is located on the back of the remote. Please remove the battery cover, and you should be able to see the small button. Let's Reset the remote by holding the pairing button for 20 seconds, then pair it again.
If this issue is not resolved, please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
