I bought 2 oon H809X 50 IN ROKU TVs in 11/2023 ( SN X02099YA8VRS) and one of my remotes went missing for about a month, but when I found it, it no longer worked. I replaced the batteries and it still didn't respond. The other identical remote works with all 4 of my Roku TV's (I also have 2 TCL Roku TV's) and the 2 TCL simple remotes are also working with all 4 TVs, so the issue is definitely with the 1 remote and not a connection issue or a blocked reader.

As I said, the tv and remote are only 5 months old. Any suggestions?? I've read through pages and pages of posts and tried every troubleshooting suggestion Ive come across..

Roku only supplies the UI for Roku tvs, you have to get in touch with TV manufacturer to have remote replaced, sorry.
