I have an older non smart Phillips tv.  I ran through all 50 codes for the remote but non of them will control the volume.  Does anyone know of any other codes might work?

• Can you try to identify your remote?
• Aside from the volume button, are there any other buttons that are non-responsive?
• Have you tried utilizing another TV for your Roku device and pairing your remote (if necessary) to see if there will be a difference?
