Hello! My dog chewed the original remote that came with my Roku 3600x stick. This new remote doesn’t have a pairing button in the battery compartment. How do I pair this new remote with my roku stick?
Sorry but you can't. Remotes without pairing button is IR remote which are useless on Roku sticks, it has to be a wifi remote, and all wifi remotes have pairing buttons.

To add to what @Tivoburkee said, you can find the compatible Roku Voice Remote ($20), Enhanced Voice Remote ($30), or the Voice Remote Pro ($30) at Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and other similar retailers. Local stock may vary.
