To get started, can you please try resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds? After doing so, pair it again and try to utilize the Ok and navigational buttons to see if this will make any difference.

- When and where did you purchase the remote? Was it purchased separately, or did it come with the device?
- Could you please provide the serial number of the Roku device or TV that is paired with the remote?
