Blue Star shows up for me, have you tried lately? I did universal remote search for ones that have Blue star listed, then I search other brands that used the same code as Blue star, these are brands that I came up with:  BPL, Bush, Electa, Grandin, HCM, Hisawa, Hypson, ITS, Kaisui, Otto Versand, Stenway, and Tomashi. 

Try those brands in the Roku menu.
