No, Roku themselves do not sell a larger remote. There are some third party IR remotes that are larger. This thread has some discussion about it. This site reviews a number of 3rd party IR remotes.
One thing to remember: if you have a Roku Streaming Stick (the kind that plugs into the TV without needing an HDMI cable), you are stuck with the Roku remote. The Stick does not work with IR remotes, and no one makes a 3rd party WiFi direct remote that works with Roku devices.
