mine recognizes it’s an LG TV but it won’t pair the remote. I’ve done it 26 listen to the music times as it says, and it won’t hear the volume. I can’t watch the Roku because the volume is so loud. You can hear it down the hallway when they went to adjust it help please

Is this the remote that came with your Roku Streaming Stick 4K? If so, are you able to control the volume fo your LG TV before? When and where did you purchase this? Moreover, here are some steps you can try:

Reboot your voice remote

If your voice remote uses standard AA or AAA alkaline batteries, you can reboot it by removing and reinstalling the batteries.

1. Remove the battery cover on the back of your remote
2. Remove both batteries from the battery compartment
3. Re-insert the negative (-) end of a battery first and then gently push the positive (+) end until the battery clicks into place
4. Repeat the previous step to install the second battery
5. Put the battery cover back on your remote
