- Have you tried to check if there was a stuck button on the physical Roku remote?
- May we know what kind of Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
- Try to use the Roku mobile app and see if the problem still persists.
