I should point out I have restarted the streamber via the settings menu and have done a hard reboot as well. The remote works for everything else I want to do other than selecting apps. I can't even get an app to highlight. The live tv menu items are gone as well. No option to highlight the blank boxes.

I was able to solve my issue with this by updating the system software of my Hisense TV from a 12.xxx software version to a 13.0.0 version - The automatic update search didnt work, I had to force a search, but then everything was rectified
We are having same problem. We tried all the common steps and even did a factory reset and none of them worked. We thought it was the system itself, so we returned it and got a new one. Second device is doing the same thing. ROKU really needs to address the issue and figure out what this issue is.
We have the same problem. It’s the remote that came with Device. We returned the system and got a replacement. Second system doing same thing. Ours is ROKU sound bar pro. Obviously your product has a defect somewhere and now we are all out here not being able to enjoy it because we are spending all our time rebooting, pairing, etc. You really need to fix this issue.
Hi!!
i have updated, force reset and unpaired/repaired my remote.
Roku Streambar 9102R
12.5.5 build 4174-95
YL00AA228379
the apps now are not loading and I can not toggle in the middle. It will toggle the menu on the left then you click right and it makes a noise but nothing happens except moving to the far right,
Having the same issue with my Streambar Pro.
And, yes, I have tried all the recommended fixes to no avail.
After the recent serious issue with the software update, this is highly disappointing and makes me question what Roku is doing.
