Same issue as is present from other folks. I bought from Roku directly. Need a replacement

We understand you're having issues with the right arrow button on your Roku remote, and we’re here to help.
Could you please tell us which model of remote you are using? Additionally, could you provide the serial number of the device to which the remote is paired?
In the meantime, we highly suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the right arrow button to see if this makes any difference.
Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
