I have Settings>Remotes & Devices>Remotes>Voice Remote Pro
NO OPTIONS FOR SELECTING TV BY BRAND
And when you click on Voice Remote Pro? Do get any more options?

The problem is defective equipment that Roku sells to consumers. I have fully described everything and you are just taking wild guesses at solutions and it is infuriating. I have told you that after plugging the remote to the charger for a few hours it starts to work again, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FULLY CHARGED TO BEGIN WITH!!!!
If you want to help stop making junk remotes.
