Turned on my Roku tv and for first maybe 30 seconds it was fine. By the time I scrolled and picked what app I was going to I had white vertical lines on upper half of screen. The bottom half looks almost like it’s trying to mirror the top half of screen. The tv had been off for at least 6 ish hours so it’s not “hot” and we don’t have any hdmi cables going into it. We’ve only had it not quite 3 years yet and it really only gets used mostly at night. Any suggestions?

Re: Vertical white lines suddenly on top half of screen, bottom half looks like trying to mirror ima
Things I would try if it were mine:
- Unplug from power and let it sit for at least an hour. Plug back in and see if the restart fixes it.
- If that doesn't work, do a complete Factory Reset, by pressing the reset button on the bottom or back of the set and holding it in for at least 30 seconds, no matter what you see on the screen. When it starts back up you'll need to set the whole thing up again as though it were a new unit right out of the box.
- If that doesn't fix it, you've likely got an equipment problem that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
