If you're looking to contact the manufacturer of your Roku TV, here's how you can get in touch with the right support team!
For Roku TVs Made by Roku:
If you have a Select, Plus, or Pro Series Roku TV made by Roku, you can contact Roku support directly, or find product-specific information online.
For Roku-branded TVs, you will find the Roku logo on the bottom center of the TV.
For Roku TVs Made by Other Manufacturers:
If your Roku TV was made by a different manufacturer, use the links below to find setup and troubleshooting help, as well as support contact information:
Roku TVs Manufactured by a Roku TV Partner:
For Roku TVs manufactured by a Roku TV partner, the Roku TV logo will typically be located in the bottom corner of the TV.
Finding Your TV Model Number:
When contacting the TV manufacturer, you may need your TV’s model number. If you can’t find it on the back of your Roku TV, you can easily check it in your Roku TV settings:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Go to Settings > System > About.
- Your Model Number and Serial Number will be listed there.
