I just got a new roku tv cuz my other one died and so now my issue is everytime I turn off my tv to go to bed when i wake up the next day it says cable (which is what I have with x1 box hooked to HDMI 1) it says its not connected ("is it still on"). Sometimes I have to make sure our wifi is still connected which sometimes it is but somehow it gets disconnected from the roku even though its all still plugged in. I never had this issue with my other roku tv from 2020. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to register the cable box. From what Ive read on here I dont think its a problem with xfinity box. What do you guys think.
I am having the same issue with my new Roku tv. Did you find a fix to this problem?
I'm having the identical problem with my new 40 inch Roku select. My 24 inch Roku does not have this problem.
Since I've seen nobody post a fix, is this a warranty issue? The TV is only 60 days old.
During FIVE HOURS of on site xfinity tech visits, they've tried three cable boxes and accessed every possible TV setting and input. The tv is obviously defective. Only unplugging and replunging the HDMI cable brings back the picture.
ROKU telephone support was also of no help.
