My TCL Roku TV suddenly wont connect to the internet. It was working yesterday and today it won’t connect. When I go to set up the connection it fully connects and then says the signal strength is “excellent”. When I then go to stream, download or check the connection it says “no connection” and gives the error code: 014. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting recommended by Roku, TCL and my internet provider. I tried connecting to my phone hotspot and iPad hotspot and keep receiving the same error. I’ve done a network reset on the TV and internet. As a last resort I did a factory reset on the TV and it still isn’t connecting. I can stream on my phone and iPad so I know it’s not the internet, it has to be the TV.
