I keep explaining and not getting any real solutions. How can I try a different input if the screen is blue. Doesn't make sense. I will just return this dreadful product.

We would like to investigate this issue further. What kind of Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Rokus streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) Could you send us a photo or video of your running problem?
