Recently purchased (less than 3 months) indoor smart plug SE stopped responding on app. It was a set of two, the other still works fine and the device that was plugged into it continued working. I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in, the device that was on it didn't come back on either so I attempted a factory reset. After holding the button for 30 seconds, it still did not respond. I unplugged it, left it off for a day, then tried again. Still no power and still not able to factory reset. Do I need to hold the button even longer or is this device toast?
