I too am having this issue very frustrating. Please help.
I am using the FanDuel Sports Network app
Different Software Versions:
I checked the Software Versions on my TV. All the tv' are set to check for updates daily, but the tv that is having the problem has a different version than the tvs that are working correctly.
The 1 TV with problem is Version 14.5.4 - errors when playing
The 3 TVs working properly are Version 14.5.4 - no errors when playing live games on Fanduel

I ended up canceling my subscription on the Roku app and getting a subscription through Amazon.
The Amazon subscription works perfectly and the Roku app was still down yesterday.
I called Fanduel and Roku. They said they were looking into the issue.

I misspoke in a previous post regarding software version numbers.
I have 4 Roku TVs
The TV with the problem software version is different from the other three tv's
TV experiencing the ERROR software version is 14.5.4
The 3 TVs working properly software versions are 14.1.4 (.1 vs .5 on the ERRORing TV) / I have updated the software on all 4 TVs, but the discrepancy remains
