Had the same issue as well and still have it this morning. It feels like this is a FanDuel thing but maybe FanDuel with roku.i have tried everything to resolve with no luck.

I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel

buffer:loop:demux.dash:manifest update failed 30 times:extra:content_id:1i:etype:buffer:num_key:1:num_lic:1:program_id:

I have 3 TV's and I only get this error on one of them.

I have unplugged the TV

I have rebooted my router

I can not delete the App (due to having a subscription)

I have updated both the app and Roku

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel

Hi @RfB0837,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

If the issue persists on one channel after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the problem and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.

Please let us know if there's anything else that we can do to assist you.

Best,
The Roku Community Team

The following method has been reported as a means of removing the channel app in the hope that a re-install will now be visible in the home page channel grid. Note that this method removes the channel app itself from your Roku account, but does NOT cancel any paid subscription you may have for this channel.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
VIA ROKU REMOTE APP ON ANDROID AND IOS DEVICES
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
When in the Roku remote app on your mobile device:

• If necessary, click "Devices" at the bottom of the screen, and connect to one of your Roku devices.

• Again at the bottom of the first screen click on the "Search" magnifying glass and search for your channel.

• Click AND HOLD the channel you wish to remove (a quick click will bring up the remote controls instead).

• Click on "Remove" and confirm.

Fanduel TV app on the Roku device won't allow me to enter into my Fanduel account. I tried clearing cache, doesn't help. The login stops at 2nd authentication page. What am I doing wrong?

Re: [Underinvestigation] 14.5 Error playing video on FanDuel

Hey everyone!

Thank you for bringing this issue with your FanDuel app. I'm here to help!

Let’s try a few things to see if we can fix it:

Remove and Reinstall the app. Often, that can clear up the problem. Restarting your Roku device before adding the app back can also help make sure everything goes smoothly.

We also recommend checking our support page for troubleshooting Steps on How to resolve the channel playback issues. If that doesn't help, contact the channel provider for further assistance.
