Why was I told that it was my device after having been back and forth with support who claimed it’s a known issue and currently being worked on?

Yes I still have the issue seems worse since the upgrade a few days ago. Even sound keeps going in and out and yes missing characters in boxes when I go to other streaming channels.. This has gone on all too long!!!

Once again Roku, just a stellar job on this fix…tell me for a year its being worked on, then resort to ‘my streaming stick is bad’…i replace it for more of the same.

UPDATE 

I’ve noticed some of the numbers missing for the year a movie was released are missing.  E.g. a 2019 release might appear as 20 9, or 2 19, or 201 .
