- Have you tried other mobile phone, tablet, or computer devices? Then, Screen mirror your phone to your Roku and play the specific App you're having issues with.
- Has this feature worked with your Ladder app on your other Roku devices?
- What Roku device/TV are you having an issue with?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
In the meantime, try performing a software update to your Roku by navigating to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now. Let us see if it makes any difference.
