Any news on this as it is very difficult to navigate the ota TV guide when unable to hide unused channels?

We understand you are having problems being unable to see the hide channel option on OTA channels. We would be happy to look further into this issue, but we need more details. Please provide us with the following information:

1. Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
2. Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version or build is it? (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button.)
3. Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
4. Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing.

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.

2. Occurs on all OTA channels

3. This is a missing/removed feature from last OS, not a bug, so no Tracker ID

4. No longer a menu in settings to delete OTA channels from the guide. Pressing * in guide does not open a menu to hide channel.

No worries; we have already collected the data to be forwarded to our appropriate Roku team for review. Since this may be a complex issue, we might need a huge amount of patience and understanding as our team performs an in-depth investigation on this one. Thank you for your reply.

You ask for patience but my mother has dementia  we had hidden most channels leaving the few that she watches visible in the guide to make it easy for her to use.

Now there are over a hundred channels in the guide she is unable to use the TV at all causing a great deal of distress.

While your engineers work on this can you please roll back to the previous software version so the TV is usable for her please.

2 - As stated by others, the issue is the removal of the option to hide channels from the live TV / Freeview channel guide. As such, there is no version or build.
