My Rocu tv gets same update everytime update is run for weeks.

plug tv update screen shows.English - wirless- webset- password-update -1-100.resarting. then go back to update screen again. can not choose any chanal. can not whatch even antana tv channel.

We want to take a closer look at this. Have you tried restarting your router and connecting to an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot to see if you can pass to the updated interface? If possible, please provide us with a screenshot of the issue you're seeing?
