Call the Roku Customer Service toll free number. I got an answer, you should as well. Don't wait for a response here. If your Roku device if over a year old, you will most likely be denied a replacement.

This has happened to my tv 3 times the software update giving my tv a malfunction and now I can't watch tv because of the software update.
