We're here to help. Do you receive an error message when attempting to add the channel on your Roku device? Have you tried to add a different channel and see if there's any difference?

Mary, I do not see the details that group is asking for..

 

I bought Netflix, expecting to use the Netflix botton on my roku device...

- I rebooted roku

- Home, Netflix icon on the TV (channels) - when I hit "add channel" it ask for the pin, I enter the PIN and it says incorrect PIN.

- I checked the PIN and reset it on my roku, still same message, incorrect PIN.

I had already sent this info in...

 

When I click on the link you sent it brings up lists of different issues...so not sure what you are asking me.

This is a ROKU issue, not Netflix.

Hi @gaildi,

Thanks for keeping in touch and providing the additional information.

If I'm understanding correctly, you are getting an error when entering your new Roku Pin Code when adding the Netflix channel. 

Just to verify, have you checked if the Roku account email is directly from the device by going to Settings > System > About?

If you recognized the Roku account that is linked to your Roku device, we recommend contacting Roku support at https://support.roku.com/contactus for further assistance with Account-billing related issues.
