I also tried everything. The TV will not let me go back to the pre 12.0 update
it will only automatically do an update. Will not let me manually pick my version
Hi @Richmahan1,
Greetings and welcome to the Roku Community!
May we know what specific issue you are having issues with? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far in an attempt to resolve the issue? Further, what Roku device is having the issue?
Please keep us posted.
All the best,
Kash
After further testing - Private listening for Youtube is the issue. Normal volume through the receiver is fine. Using Sony's newest wireless earbuds (bluetooth) through Roku TV - it is very choppy, however the same setup for private listing through Google TV on Youtube there is no issue - sounds great. Tested same again today - no improvement with private listening for Youtube through Roku TV. All other streaming services tested, NetFlix, Max, Plex and Prime are all perfectly fine for private listening.
Roku software version 12
