Hi @CloseEnough,
Thanks for sharing additional information! This helped us visualize the issue better.
Would you mind plugging your Roku device into another TV and observing if the same issue occurs? Also, we have verified devices linked to your Roku account. That being said, would you mind taking a look to see if the issue is persistent on all your Roku devices?

We're grateful to have you here at the Roku Community, @Chrometacore!
We appreciate you reaching out regarding your concern, and we'd be happy to find you the best resolution possible.
Please be aware that your Hisense Roku TV and streaming stick have the same running system. Thus the glitching. It may be possible that the systems crashed because you plugged your streaming stick into your Hisense Roku TV. Did you try to connect it to a different TV that isn't powered by Roku to see if the issue still persists? Please let us know.
Furthermore, try to check for the latest software updates on your troubled Roku devices to see if it will fix the glitching. You can check it by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > System updates > Check Now.
Let us know what you find out, and we'll go from there. We'll be looking forward to your update.
Kind regards,
Carly
