Poor customer services POOR!!!

This is day three, and still no service!! They have disabled the customer service feature app. So, we can't talk to anyone or get any updates on what's going on. They will take your money but won't provide good customer service. This company is horrible!!! Are we going to get any credit for these horrible services? Probably not!! I'm going back to cable!! Having issues from day one with service interruptions. With pictures going in and out of service. This is unacceptable when someone is paying this kind of money, and we get horrible service. I for one, will let everyone I know that this company is a very horrible company to with!!

I cancelled my paramount subscription a month ago, because I was double billed

Roku refunded them.

Then they charged me again this month for the same ones I cancelled.

No help, no sorry just a lot of anger towards them.

On the third day without service, frustration has been building. Unfortunately, the customer service feature app has been disabled, leaving us in the dark regarding the ongoing issues. It's disheartening when a company readily accepts payments but falls short on providing reliable customer service.

The continuous service interruptions and the picture quality fluctuating have been a source of immense frustration. Such issues are simply unacceptable, especially when customers are paying a substantial amount for their services.

We hope for some form of compensation or credit for the inconvenience caused by these persistent service problems, but it seems uncertain. It's moments like these that make one contemplate returning to cable services.

I believe it's important to inform others about these challenges we've faced with this company. Customer experiences matter, and sharing our experiences may help others make informed decisions about the services they choose.
