Okay thanks!!
I would love to get it fixed. I didn't realize how much I missed the theme packs sounds until I watched something on a different TV.
Thanks for the response.
I am tempted to buy another one, but what a waste if it is an easy fix.
Verify that the audio for the Theme has not been disabled. (or is set too low).
You can enable/disable and adjust the sound level from Settings/Audio/Menu Volume
I too have experienced this and I am not a happy camper. Why does it do this? I suspect Roku can address this. Time to get on the stick and do something to correct this.

I have several Roku devices but Settings>Themes is not there. In my Roku streaming stick which is 1080P 3900RW model for example, I had to go to Settings>Wallpapers & screensavers>Advanced Settings and then, click on each box and turn off their ability to change it. In addition, you can set your screensaver starts time which is important so as not to damage your television or viewing screen device. Hope this helps:-)
