Thanks for asking! Yes, there is a workaround for you to try to log out of your devices from guest mode.
Here's how!
- Sign in to https://my.roku.com/account
- Scroll down to My Streaming Devices & TVs
- Find your Roku device and select Sign Guest Out
- Select Yes, sign the guest out now

Thank you for this reply, but I did exactly this! However, none of the TVs logged out, and it didn't work until I went to each TV individually directly at the house and logged each out one by one... very inefficient, and now unreliable for me to trust it will work in the future. Sadly underwhelmed with Roku 😞

We understand that the workaround didn't quite work, and we'd like to get a better idea of what's happening.
Could you tell us more?
- Are you seeing any error messages when trying to sign out of guest mode?
- What other troubleshooting steps you have tried?
- Have you received any recent updates before this happened? If so, can you please provide your latest software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
