Volume mode not available on Roku streaming stick 4K
Whatever I watch, Roku says the volume mode is not available? Why is that? I tried with the Roku plugged in the AVR and plugged in the TV. Same thing. Any idea?

- Are you experiencing this across all channels or only on a specific channel?

Just to be clear, the setting didn't disapear. It just says it's not available. I noticed it a few weeks ago. It happens on all streaming apps I tried it.
Version 14.1.4.
I also tried to play the sound on the TV speakers while Roku is plugged into the TV. Same thing, volume mode not available. The sound format is set to automatic on Roku.

To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following information below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Photo of the options you're seeing.

You should have them. I just gave it to you a few days ago when you were debugging the surround sound issue on Paramount +.

- You may choose the following options below:
If you choose Upload, you may Drag or select Choose files from your library. For URL, you may need to paste the URL of the photo into the space provided to upload it Lastly, if you choose Saved Photos, you can upload photos from the Community Forum. - After uploading, click Done and your photo will be uploaded.

I am having the exact same problem. Suddenly I cannot get any sound with Netflix, Hulu or Prime apps watched via the Roku Streaming Stick. Sling and live TV and PBS all work fine. The other issue is that the streaming sites are all automatically running at double or triple speed. If I select * and try to make a change in Volume, the speed will return to normal but I have no Volume Mode to select from. It just says Volume Mode Not Available. I have not changed any settings whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating.

To be clear, I don't any problem getting sound from any streaming app. My problem is that I can't set the volume to be leveled between various sources.
