You didn't really state the problem. Assuming your subject line covers it all, are you hearing the talking when other actions are being taken? Roku has a voice guidance function for sight impaired users. You can toggle it on/off by pressing the * button on the remote four times rapidly. You can completely disable it in the settings menu.
