Re: Backdrops not showing linked Google Photo Album

Hi @Victory58

We are glad to have you here in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you letting us know about the trouble you've encountered accessing your photos through backdrops on your Roku device. We're glad to help.

Have you already enabled Backdrops on your Roku device? If not, find the Backdrops app in Settings > Home Screen Menu > Backdrops > Open Backdrops app or in your home screen tile grid.

Don't see it? Search for the app "Backdrops" in the streaming store.

After you've enabled Backdrops and picked a collection, there are 5 easy ways to Start Backdrops as follows:

  1. Using your Remote's Power Button.
  2. From a Collection.
  3. From a specific app image.
  4. Using Auto Start.
  5. Using Roku Voice.

Visit our Support page for more detailed specifications and information about using Backdrops on your Roku streaming devices.

Let us know if this helps or if you need additional tips to speed things up!

Thank you,
Chel
