Not enough RAM to use preferred screen saver
I just bought the Roku Ultra 2024 (the most expensive Roku device available) so I would be able to have a more advanced remote control, etc. and I really love the available screensavers but when I'm using a streaming service like Netflix it forces me to only use the purple Roku dropping screensaver. When I looked at Reddit, people said it's because there's not enough RAM in order to stream both Netflix and have the screensaver app ready to go. I wish there were a better Roku device so that the screensaver could actually work. And in the least, Roku should be more clear with their communication about not being able to use the screensaver with streaming services.

Re: Not enough RAM to use preferred screen saver
We're glad to see you here, @donaboof!
Thanks for letting us know about this. We'd like to be able to help.
Could you tell us what specific screensaver it is and what error message you see when trying to use it?
We'll be able to look closely at your concern.
Best,
