Wobbly stands on 40” Roku TV

Jump to solution

This seems to be a common problem, but no replies are offering a solution! You try to screws as tight as they will go, but still wobbles!  Please reply this is normal, or offer a solution!

A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, @Pnaga!

We appreciate you for reaching out regarding this matter. In this case, we highly recommend reaching out to Best Buy for a replacement because it shouldn't wobble to begin with. It may be possible that this is a hardware issue.

An update from you would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Carly

I also just purchased a 43” Roku tv from Best Buy in Rochester by today and it wobbles as well.  I have tried tightening the screws as well by hand as much as possible. Either the screws are too short or the hole is not deep enough to allow for a stable base.

Please advise, otherwise this will be returned.

Thank you.
