My issues started back in mid Dec when I tried to switch from Alexa to Google. Encountered issues with Google, so I tried to go back to Alexa and that seemed to mess things up even more. I’ve probably done 50-100 various debugging tests (i.e. Factory Resetting the TV, ensuring same network band, etc) to get it to work with either service but without any success.
