We switch to TELUS Fiber TV and everything was working great for 6 months. My Roku TV no longer sees the TV box and says "No Signal". We contact TELUS support and after replacing the HDMI cable and trying the box on another TV TELUS determined that it is an issue with the TV and will no longer provide assistance. I have since tried other products in the HDMI port and they work. It seems that the Roku TV doesn't recognize the TELUS box only. I tried factory resetting both the TV and Cable box but nothing is working. Any suggestions?
