I find it incredible that Roku are playing dumb that they have basically nerfed thousands upon thousands of TV sets by removing features (such as enable/disable action smoothing) which previously existed, while coming out with nonsense like 'these TV sets are incompatible'. You have the customer service reps playing dumb trying to pretend these are isolated cases, you have the software people seemingly doing nothing at all to fix it in well over 6 months.
Puts me off Roku completely.
