I have a new email since I installed my Roku. I also have a new credit card. On top of that I don’t remember my password.
I have Peacock through Roku and cannot get in my account to change the credit card. What do I do?
My last resort is to do a credit card chargeback and re purchase Peacock directly from Peacock, but I would rather not do that.
Can you still get into your previous email account? If so, you should be able to use the "Forgot password" option at https://my.roku.com when you enter that email address.
