Yes it what did you do to get it started again
How do you get to a menu if it's in a boot loop doesn't make much sense to go to settings and change it all the way back to factory when you can't even get there:-( what about the TCL TVs that have Roku built into it what do you do then? There's no box to reset.. advise anybody please thank you

I bought a brand new tv today and it's stuck in the reboot loop brand new out of the box!
Not impressed at all. When can we expect this problem to be rectified? My other tv was stuck in recovery mode and I had no choice but to buy another one. Now the new one isn't useable.
If the problem is going to be solved soon, I'll keep the new tv.

Have you tried performing a hard reset on your TV using the physical button?
Located on the back or bottom of your device, the physical Reset button is either tactile or a pinhole design that requires a straightened paper clip. It will appear similar to one of the following:
Once you locate the Reset button and your Roku device is powered on, press and hold the button firmly for about 10 seconds. When the factory reset is complete, an indicator light or status LED will blink rapidly on most Roku devices.

My TV shut down last night and is now stuck in Recovery Mode -- despite unplugging, trying the factory reset, everything suggested. It's TCL model 55R635. Roku TV A113X. Please help -- this TV is only 3 years old this is ridiculous.
Yep, I'm 100% in the same boat here.
Reset and recovery mode do nothing to help here.
