Some of you are really "brave" sitting on your couch typing away hateful messages behind your screen. Try to remember there ARE human beings reading this whos job it is to try and HELP you and they didn't make your TV freeze (really they didn't).
I have this same problem with my TCL TV and don't have this problem with another Roku TV manufacture; so really your anger should probably be direct at TCL.
Breathe, it's just a TV. Maybe go outside or condier not buy the bragan brand...
